As we approach the one year anniversay of 9/11 - it was heartwarming for me to read all the stories that are posted on this site. I have lived in Calgary for 16 years and know that my heart will always be in my home province of Newfoundland. I am proud to say that this goodness and hospitality does not surprise me. Newfs have always been known for their generosity, spirit and wit. To all of the people of Gander, Gambo, Lewisporte & area - you make all of Canada proud!!
