I join the report...of the goodness, the Spirit of God - which flowed from the people of Gambo.

The people of Gambo literally opened up their "doors" with smiles, warmth, hugs, concern, FOOD, and generosity in so many ways. I had the privilege of staying at St.George Anglican Church...and every nitch and cranny was available for our use and comfort.  Even the sanctuary had "sleepers".  I was privileged to sleep in their church...on a church pew bench the first night and a carpeted isle the second night (which proved much more comfortable).

I was also privileged to be able to take a shower in the home of Betty, George and Steve Badcock.  This meant a million dollars to me! In taking walks around the area the people were also so friendly and helpful.

I can only say THANK YOU dear residents of Gambo.  How I would love to reciprocate under calmer circumstances.
